Basement slabs push moisture up from the soil, so the coating has to be chosen around a moisture test — not a guess. Resin4U tests first, then installs a breathable or vapor-barrier primed system that brightens the space, seals out dust, and turns a raw basement into finished living or storage area.

Calcium chloride or RH testing tells us what the slab is doing.

Prep
Grinding and crack repair, with dust extraction for occupied homes.

Prime
A moisture-tolerant primer goes down when the readings require it.

Finish
Color or flake build coat plus a durable, cleanable clear top coat.
