A coated floor that stops at bare gray stem walls always looks half-done. Coating the stem walls — usually 6 to 24 inches up — ties the whole garage together, seals the joint where the wall meets the slab, and makes the perimeter easy to hose or wipe down.

Set the Line
We agree on coating height and mask a clean, level line all the way around.

Wall Prep
Stem walls are ground or abraded so the coating bonds to the concrete.

Coat
Wall coating is applied in matching or accent color with the floor system.

Cove & Seal
Optional cove closes the floor-to-wall joint before the clear coat.
