Most coating failures in the Treasure Valley come down to prep and moisture, so that is where we spend our time. Every slab is diamond-ground to open the pores, cracks and spalls are repaired, and our epoxy basecoat is built with a moisture vapor barrier (MVB) whether the slab tests wet or not. The flake is broadcast to full coverage and sealed under a UV-stable polyaspartic topcoat that will not yellow in a sunny Idaho garage. The same crew does every step, which is why we can stand behind the work.
If you see something that does not look right — a lifted edge, a bubble, a cloudy patch — send us a quick photo by text or email with your name and the install address. We review it, schedule a visit if needed, and repair covered workmanship issues at no charge. Most repairs are spot fixes done in a few hours; the sooner we hear about it, the smaller the fix.
Coverage stays simple as long as the floor is used as a floor. Follow the 24-48-72 rule after install: walk on it at 24 hours, move your things back in at 48 and park at 72. Sweep or dust mop regularly and wet mop with a neutral cleaner; no wax or sealers are needed. Wipe up battery acid, brake fluid and harsh solvents promptly, and lift rather than drag sharp steel edges across the surface. Normal use, including hot tires and everyday traffic, is exactly what the system is built for.
